Damaged Goods

Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Only sign for undamaged goods. Notify us of any damages within 4 business days from receipt of the goods. We may not consider damage claims if evidence of the damage is not supplied if requested. 


All refund/return requests must be made in writing via our ‘Contact Us’ page or via email to hello@heralane.com.au. This ensures that we can arrange a return number for you and provide the address for return goods to be shipped. Goods returned without authorisation may incur a freight charge. Shipping costs for returned products will not be covered by Hera Lane unless agreed upon by us. Items must be in original undamaged condition. The Buyer is deemed to have agreed to the condition of the goods as is after 30 days from the date of delivery, any refund request after this period will be at the consideration of our team. Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey. Hera Lane will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Please allow up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. Processing times vary substantially between financial institutions. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please contact us and a member of our team will investigate the matter.
